Berry Glazed Yoghurts

INGREDIENTS

300g berries
4 Greek yogurts
30g Whole Earth Sweet Granules
Juice of 1 lemon


PREPARATION

  1. Rinse berries, place on a plate and cover with cling film. Pop in the freezer for at least 2 hours until the fruit is completely frozen

  2. 30 minutes before desired eating time, place 4 Greek yogurts into the freezer

  3. Immediately before serving, add the yoghurts, Sweet Granules, frozen berries, and lemon juice into a blender and whiz on a low setting

  4. Divide the ice cream mixture into small cups and serve.

Tip: For a more iced result, place it in the freezer for 30 minutes to 1 hour before serving.
